SKI RESORT REGIONS IN SWITZERLAND
ENGADIN-ST MORITZ
You can experience almost everything in Switzerland’s largest
snow sport region of the Engadin near the famed winter resort St Moritz
where
mountain winter tourism was born in the south-eastern Switzerland, from
extensive, well-known areas with world class ski challenges and a wide
range of offerings to smaller, family-friendly, village ski lifts, with
plenty of sun and deep powders. The region’s cross country skiing

The Zuoz ski area is the family-friendly ski resort of the Engadin,
cruise down wide slopes at a leisure pace on the “family mountain” of
Pizzet. Maloja-Aela offers sun, and tranquil calm, family friendly and

Spiert is
small and fun, easy to get to and surprisingly varied. Winter fun is
guaranteed – from the pony lift and ski lifts to more challenging
ski runs and the toboggan run. Samedan-Survih is very popular with ski
schools, perfect for the first successful attempts on skis and snowboard,
yet with a variety of options for more advanced sports lovers. Silvaplana-Surlej is sunny and easy for inexperienced skiers with big ambitions to practice
of the Cristins beginner’s ski lift before moving on to the challenges
